Argentina's government announced a landmark letter of intent with OpenAI and Sur Energy for a $25 billion data center project, potentially the largest tech-energy infrastructure venture in the country's history. The facility, dubbed 'Stargate Argentina,' will feature 500MW capacity to power advanced AI computing.

Structured under Argentina's RIGI tax incentive program, the initiative aims to attract foreign investment.
